While I am against the idea of making a DNI list and find it to be quite absurd, there are some that are forbidden from speaking to me for various reasons and those who support them must do the same.

ZeroGeito
An individual I knew from AO3 who harassed me and attempted to slander my name with false pedophilia allegations (and all of this was over a story I wrote). Her inability to differentiate fictional cartoon robots and actual illegal and harmful material is what led to her being at the very top.
Dangered wolf
Formerly a popular user on SpaceHey and was outed as a groomer. He is obviously incapable of taking accountability for his actions as he — a 20 year old man — was "17 when he said those things" and, as a result, has been thrown out of the fandom.
Smash Bandicoot
While I haven't had a run-in with this person, his actions speak enough for me to add him to this list. Smash is a serial harasser who is constantly trying to start trouble with one of my favorite youtubers, sends death threats to people who disagrees or calls him out, and even exposes minors in his server to NSFW content. His actions are disgusting and have prompted me to put him here.
